By booking or using our studio space and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Studio

• The studio is available by reservation only. • You are responsible for your guests, crew, and equipment during your session. • Studio usage includes access to designated areas, furniture, lighting, microphones, and other equipment as outlined in your rental agreement or booking confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time are non-refundable.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Please arrive on time. Your booking begins and ends at the scheduled times. • Additional time beyond your scheduled slot may incur extra charges. • Leave the studio in the same condition you found it. A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left in poor condition.

4. Equipment Use

• Treat all equipment with care. You are financially responsible for any damage due to misuse or negligence. • Do not remove any equipment or property from the studio.

5. Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content you create in the studio. • Riley Black Studios is not liable for any copyright or legal issues related to the content recorded on our premises.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the studio for: • Illegal activities • Adult content, unless prior written approval is granted • Dangerous or flammable materials • Excessive noise or activity that disturbs neighboring units

7. Limitation of Liability

Riley Black Studios is not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to you or your property while using the space.

8. Media Release

By using Riley Black Studios, you grant permission for us to capture behind-the-scenes content or promotional footage during your session (you may opt out in writing beforehand).
